Don’t fool yourself, being a litigant in person is no easy option and sometimes there is no other option.  There is a huge amount of work involved particularly if you are responsible for doing the bundling.  My advice to you – use Duncan wherever and whenever you can and take his advice on the bits you do for yourself.  His input will make all the difference – I’m a testimony to that.  Duncan’s knowledge of family law is extensive and his application of it thorough and pragmatic; I cannot recommend him highly enough.
